Part 2 in this action series with Dr. X trying to outdo Action Man. Dr. X sits in his secret hideout on the island and tries to stop all of Action Mans advances. Action Man must invade the island and stop Dr. X who has created a weather controlling device which will destroy the earth with hurricanes, floods, and blizzards. Action Man swims underwater, snowboards down icy mountains, and drives his sports car in various attempts to get to the infamous Dr. X. Much like the first version, this saver is very well done.
